INSPIRATION

It could be the smell of something from your childhood or a good pen. It could be the lighting in the room or even a good quote you find on the internet. But inspiration.... one should never underestimate it, no matter where it comes from. Inspiration is a spirit - a third party, an army, a friend, a leader - that can move mountains and change minds, especially your own.

GENTLEMEN

Saw this gentleman last night at Radio City Music Hall and not since Boyz II Men has there been such a breath of fresh air in the R&B world. He writes songs for Rihanna, Beyonce, and Jennifer Hudson and unlike other songsters (like Babyface), he saves some of the best songs for himself. And he rocks them with charm, skill and suavity. 

Maybe this year will be the year of the gentleman.
